The group does not believe that induction of teachers with brilliant academic achievements together with long experience can alone elevate the academic standard of schools.
Time-to-time training and orientation imparted to teachers equip them with new developments and freshly invented methods which are ultimately instilled among students for their intellectual growth.

👨👩👧 Parent’s Orientation Programme
It is felt that parents play a vital role in the educational system and need to fully co-operate with the school, honouring its rules and procedures for the full-fledged development of their wards.
Parents, teachers and students are the pillars of any institution for its constructive growth.
The three-phase orientation programmes, organised separately for primary, secondary and higher levels, help parents understand the reality and better support their children.
INDUCTION PROGRAM
The comprehensive welcome program will be organized by the sections. These programs acumen the students with the rules, regulations, activities & performance.
VALUE IMPLICATION PROGRAMS
This program enables students to internalize core values in their personal lives and daily activities. Each section will introduce value of the month, club activities, student counseling, in-house meetings, visits, educational trips, cultural exchange programs, assemblies, theme prayers, posters, songs, skits and charts.
PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
It is important to focus on personality development from an early stage to ensure success in life. We aim to cover topics like confidence building and personality enhancement.
THE ART OF TIME / SELF MANAGEMENT
We focus on timetable preparation, study-habit preparation and how to face examinations with confidence, with special importance on time management.
SOFT SKILLS
DEVELOPMENT
Which will discuss communication, decision making, creative thinking, interpersonal relationship, self awareness, empathy and coping with stress.

E-DIARY
Parents get updates on activities, homework, timetable and attendance. They can also communicate with teachers directly through the e-diary.
CLUBS & ACTIVITIES
At SPS we lay due emphasis on different activities through active participation in various social, athletic and artistic clubs & societies. We guide students to discover and create their own understanding.
